IT’S MY FIRST TIME AT IGNITE FITNESS, WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Welcome to IGNITE! Guests new to IGNITE FITNESS should arrive 10 minutes before the start of class. Our staff will give you a tour of the studio and ensure that you get the help you need to set up.

WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR?

You should wear comfortable, close fitting workout clothes (we recommend tights or shorts and your favorite workout tank or tee). You will need to wear athletic shoes for all non-cycling classes.(Unless otherwise instructed by the instructor, for example: barre socks.) For all cycling classes you need to wear cycling shoes. We have hair ties and ear plugs available at the front desk.

DON'T HAVE CYCLE SHOES?

That's ok! We have spin shoes for rent for $3 at the front desk! Your FIRST rental is also on us! Clipping in will provide you with a more efficient workout due to the ability to utilize the full revolution of your pedal stroke and engage more of your muscles, as well as provide a safer ride.

DO I NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER?

Yes. All guests must create an account on our website, which includes accepting our terms and conditions waiver.

IS THERE A PLACE TO STORE MY BELONGINGS?

Yes. We have cubbies available for shoes, keys, etc. They are open cubbies and do not lock, so we ask that you leave your valuables in your vehicle. We have hooks for your coats in the cooler seasons. We also have lockers available for rent

DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?

YES! Our bathrooms are also stocked with several complimentary amenities to help you freshen up.(Spray deodorant, cleansing wipes, hairspray, dry shampoo, etc.) 

HYDRATION 

We sweat a lot at Ignite Fitness, so hydration is important. Bring your own water bottle or purchase one at the Front Desk. We have water to purchase for $1.

ARE YOUR CLASSES FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS?

Although every class is designed to push your limits, the answer is YES. On the bike, you can ALWAYS control your intensity, resistance and speed, riding at your own pace! In non-cycling classes, our highly trained instructors are able to provide modifications for all fitness levels. It is very important to listen to your body and take rests and water breaks as you need them.

BIKE SETUP

Correct alignment is essential to our style of cycling, the effectiveness of your workout, and your personal safety. As a new rider, you will need to let one of our skilled team members assist you in proper bike fit. The team member will explain how to manage your resistance, demonstrate how to clip in and out of the pedals, and run through the basics of our technique.

WHEN DOES THE SCHEDULE GO LIVE TO BOOK?

The class schedule is on a rolling format, with seven days being available to book at a time. As the current day ends, another day is released.

HOW CAN I BOOK A CLASS?

First, create an account on our website. Once you have created an account, you can purchase classes or memberships on our PRICES page. After you purchase a class or membership, use our SCHEDULE page to find the class you want and book your class.

WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE?

We ask all participants to arrive 10 minutes early to class to change shoes, get bikes set and be prepared to start on time. If you are running late, call the studio. We need to know you are on your way so that we don’t give your spot to someone on the waitlist. If you call to let us know you will be late, we will hold your bike up to 5 minutes after the class start time. To respect the other guests and preserve the experience, no one will be admitted into class more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you do not call and let us know you are running late, your spot will be given away 3 minute prior to start time.

NEED TO LEAVE EARLY?

Please let your instructor know before class starts, setup close to the door, and try not to disrupt other guests upon departure.

NEED TO CANCEL?

It happens! Just make sure you cancel 6 hours before the scheduled start of class and we'll return your class credit. If you don’t cancel 6 hours (or no show) you’ll forfeit one class credit. Unlimited Class clients will be charged a $10 fee for late cancels and a $15 fee for no shows. This will allow the people who are on the waitlist to have a chance to fill the spot, as well as add a level of accountability for you when you might otherwise talk yourself out of coming! Classes can be cancelled on our website, the Mindbody App, or by calling the studio.

I'M ON THE WAITLIST.  HOW WILL I KNOW IF I MAKE IT INTO A CLASS?

If a scheduled guest cancels more than 6 hours before the scheduled start of class and if you are the next guest on the waitlist, then you will be automatically assigned a spot for class and you will receive notification via email or text.
If a scheduled guest cancels less than 6 hours before the scheduled start of class, we will reach out to you via email or phone to confirm if you would still like to be added to class; you will have 1 hour to reply before we extend the same offer to the next guest on the waitlist.
If you do not hear from us, you can still show up for class and there is a chance that you can get into class! If guests do not show up more than 3 minutes before the scheduled start of class, then we will begin to assign their spots to guests on the waitlist in chronological order.

ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR CLASSES?

Clients have to be at least 13 years old to attend classes without a parent and parents must sign a liability waiver in studio.

ARE THERE HEIGHT OR WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ON THE BIKE?

Our Schwinn AC Performance Plus bikes can fit riders between 4’11” and 6’8” in height with a maximum weight of 300lbs.

ARE THERE HEIGHT OR WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ON THE REBOUNDER?

Our JumpSport mini trampolines have a maximum weight limit of 225lbs.

CAN I TAKE CLASSES IF I AM PREGNANT?

Yes! However, each woman’s pregnancy is different and we highly recommend you check with your doctor prior to joining us for any classes.

DO YOU HAVE CHILDCARE?

Yes! We have childcare available for certain class times for ages 0-9 years. 

FIRST TIME: Please arrive 15 minutes early to class the first time you will be checking your child in to childcare to fill out our Childcare Liability Waiver. If you have multiple children that will be coming, contact 580-399-7698 after booking this session to confirm.

CHILDCARE MUST BE BOOKED 1 HOUR PRIOR TO CLASS START TIME.

• Childcare is available for ages 0-9 years. • For the well-being of the other children, please refrain from bringing a sick into the childcare area.
• Please label all of your child’s belongings with his/her name.
• The play room will provide age appropriate toys. For safety and hygienic reasons we ask that children refrain from bringing their own toys to the childcare area.
• No food or drink will be permitted in the childcare area.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. In these circumstances, parents will be notified immediately.
• If a child is inconsolable for more than 15 minutes, parents will be notified and asked to return to the childcare area to assist staff.
• Children will be released ONLY to the person who dropped them off.
• Medications will not be administered by childcare staff.
• Please bring your child freshly diapered. We do not provide diaper changing service. If a diaper change is needed, parents will be asked to return to the childcare area and change the diaper.
